It means you have to confront your fears, and man up and pimp slap them hoes.
This kind of behavior is completely normal for someone that was abused as a child. When a person is abused during the time in which they are developing that can make a very large impact on how that person reacts to others being close to them and touching them in any way. In order to be comfortable with that person you need to trust them and understand that they are not going to hurt you, talking about your past abuse as a child with that person may help as well.
To sexually abuse a child means that an adult uses a child for sexual stimulation. It involves presuring a child to take part in it. 90 precent of child sexual abused know the person who did it to them. Most of all sexually abused child will end up abusing their own children. 1 in 3 girls are abused before the age of 19. Also 1 in 5 boys are abused before the age of 19.
Being licensed (in most US jurisdictions) they would be required to report such suspected abuse to the authorities - especially if the person being abused was a minor.
At the very least, you would have to be legally of adult age.
Report it to a safe person imidiatly. If you wait there will be more problems! Make sure it actually is abuse before you report it to a neighbor or teacher or even counciler
If you are afraid and abused you can tell an adult you trust or call the Child Protective Service in your state and they will investigate and find you a foster family or a relative to live with.
A 2004 report said that nearly 17% of adult women and 8% of adult men had been abused as children.
The opposite would be an adult or grown person.
It depends if the child itself was or is being abused, they will either forget it or remember it. 80% of children who were abused, still remember being abused. Physical abuse effects children by making them feel slightly depressed, or feel like they have to pretend to be normal. The 80% of children who recall being abused say they never talk about their feelings of their abuse or sadness, and say that they became so depressed, they began to have suicidal thoughts. Physical abuse can effect the child in a different way if its one of the parents being abused. For example, if the mother was being abused, the child would feel as if their mother were weak, or be afraid to talk with the mother. If the father were abusing the mother, the child would be afraid to have any contact with the father.
First contact the police. From there, you should contact your state's department of child and family services if you are a child or if there is a child being abused in the home. If you are an adult and there are no children in the home, you can start with a local domestic violence project if you need help getting out. Or you can just leave.
I think Shane Dawson was physically abused as a child.
A child cannot petition the court, they need an adult advocate or agency to help. If the child is being abused, neglected, or endangered they should speak with a trusted adult: teacher, friend's parent, relative, etc. They could be helped by Child Protective Services but that may end up with the child being placed in foster care.
