Nothing is missing you just need to reinstall windows completely again.
Follow these steps while installing windows.
- Just connect the CD Drive and a hard disk in which you want to install windows.
- Turn on computer and Insert CD in CD Drive.Computer will automatically detect boot from CD.
- If the boot is not selected then select Boot from CD.
- Install windows using installation wizard.
- Turn off Computer and then connect all drives in correct ports (SATA ports).
- Turn on Computer and press F2 at the First page displayed for bios option.
- Change the boot order of drives such that the first drive is the drive in which Windows is installed.
- Save changes and exit Bios.
- Then the computer will turn on.
