The subconcious. The subconcious knows no true or false, yes or no, positive or negative. It has no bias, good side or bad side. It only knows what you, yourself, program into it. If you choose to believe damaging things, such as unjustified criticism, then so will your subconcious. However, if you decide to feed your subconcious thoughts of confidence, love, and understanding, that is what it will take in. It has no sense of humor. It will believe what you choose for it to believe. Meditation is one way to stimulate the subconcious, but there are other ways. Maybe for a very short time, but the more you feed yourself, the harder it will be to believe otherwise. Just tell your subconcious what you choose to be.
