Most the time that means it needs a front end allignment. Possible bad front tire or wheel.

Maybe you've got a power steering problem. Like something getting stuck mechanically or maybe even a hydraulic problem.

Power steering belt.

Possible vacuum leak. Also replace the plugs and plug wires if you have not done so in the last 75,000 miles.
