They made the charger however it may have been a limited run product for a certain company( Power Pro Craft CDD24D) and I don't think they store extras The power unit that plugs into the wall is a 27.0 volt charger: Model: BHY48-27.0V-400mA Input: AC 120v 60Hz 20w Output: 27.0VDC 400mA Date code 200510 If they can't help there just has to be somebody out there making on similar to it so you might be able to jury rig something that will work. Mainly that one is a drill, and the other, a screwdriver.
SOME Power Drills are made that can do both but not all power drills will do this - you need to read the instructions for the drill.

Possibly but not likely. If it has an internal fuse it can be fixed. If not then it is more than likely ruined.

The only difference between a battery drill and a regular drill is the type of power source. A battery drill is one that does not require a power cord, but can only last a finite amount of time.
a power bee. or a power drill bee. they drill into wood and lay their eggs or whatever bees have. and they are deadlious. wouldn't wanna get stung with a drill. ino this cuz they once were drilling holes in my back deck.
It is perfectly fine to charge a power wheel battery with a car charger. It is imperative that you make sure the charger is set to the same voltage as the power wheels battery though.
