A pin code is the number (usually 4-5 digits) that you create. It is not on your phone. To retrive the pin you must call your phone company.

The only phone that can be locked with a pin code is a cell phone. If a person wants to lock out the home phone, perhaps it would be a good idea to discontinue service on the home phone and just use the cell phone instead.
