You don't ! Bearded Dragons are DESERT species - they would NEVER encounter a shower in the wild - they get almost all the moisture they need from their food !
NO! Bearded dragons don't shave it is not hair on the beard its sharp pointy Spikes to scare of predators in the wild. Don't shave a bearded dragon!
No but it could carry parasites and kill your dragon. *You should NEVER feed your bearded dragon any wild food no matter how tempting it is.
not really, if you did give your bearded dragon a slug it would probably get either very very ill or even die. I wouldn't advise giving bearded dragons slugs or anything that you catch infact as insects from the wild can carry disease, even if they are from your garden. Bearded Dragons are best cared for when they are given good live food bought from a pet store, such as locoust or crickets
Bearded dragons are one of Australia's native reptiles. You must have a special licence or permit to keep any native, protected animal in Australia if they are not purchased from a reputable dealer. Bearded dragons may not be taken from the wild.
In the wild from the dew on cactuses and shallow water pools. In captivity us humans give them baths and water to drink.
It all depends... In the wild, leapord gekos tend to be timid, unless encountered by predators. Wild bearded dragons are less timid, and will hiss ferociously at any threat. Captive bearded dragons are actually more timid, and are less dificult to tame than leapord gekos.
Depends on the situation. In captivity, they are predators. In the wild, they are both - they prey on insects, and are preyed upon by animals such as wild-dogs, birds of prey, snakes etc.
In the wild, no. But in captivity, yes (but should only be given occasionally as a treat)
No. But what i feed my bearded dragons, is super worms, meal worms, and crickets. Sometimes my family picks up a worm from the wild and feed it to them and so far, it never harmed my bearded dragons. So far, they ate grub worms and earth worms.
no, the sting can inflame the inside of their mouth and kill them, as well as hurt them very much. aviod wild bugs, just stick to farm raised crickets, any wild bugs can carry disease.
