Toyota dealer told me that was a split year from old w/dipstick to newer w/no dipstick my manual says service at 100,000 Mi or if trans. fluid light comes on the dealer said it is very sensitive to fluid level if it is the newer trans. and is about a two hour procedure when they service them The automatic tranny in the 2006 Tundra does not have a dip stick. You cannot check the fluid level, it is a sealed unit. The fluid has to be changed at the dealer with a power flush and complete replacement with new fluid. It cost about $200.00 and should be done at 60,000 mile intervals.
