The answer for that Neopets Braintree quest will be different for each person's quest. To find out the answer for you particular quest. You need to complete two Espohogor quests. The first quest you do will tell you when and the second completed Espohogorquest will tell you where. After you complete those two quests, go back to the Braintree and you will be able to give him the answers.
