At the front of the engine, behind a plastic cover, just above the exhaust manifold. There are 4 clips that hold the cover to the ignition module. Under the cover, there are 2 bolts that secure the ignition module to the engine. Disconnect the wiring plug on the end of the ignition module. Undo the bolts and use them to extract the module, then remove the plugs as normal.

How do you change light bulbs in Mercedes Benz vaneo?

To change the low light bulb on a Vaneo you will find an access panel inside the wheel well. Just in front of the tire you will see the two small plastic screws which you turn by hand 90 degrees and the panel will slide out of its slot easily. You now can see low beam plastic weather cover. There is one tab you lift on with your finger to pop it off and lift up and out the weather cap. Remove the electrical plug off the bulb by pulling with two fingers and wiggling. Next there are two thin metal wire clips to push down and to the side. The low beam bulb will now lift back and out of the socket freely. Keep this bulb and visit an auto parts store or a 24 hour gas station which sells car parts, most do and they should have this common bulb. The number of the bulb is H7 55 watt. Reverse the steps to put the new bulb, power socket back on, retaining pin on and weather cover snap on and lastly the wheel well access piece. To change the high beam you access the cover, wire and bulb from the top after opening the hood of the engine, looking down on it.
