There are many ways and I do not now all of them(sorry) but I believe I can help. In Jubilife go to the Jubilife Poketch Company. Talk to one of the rightmost guy after you get all the gym badges (or any badges) and he'll say hi, hi you're patience is rewarded and will give you an app. Also, As you go on, you will get more apps. At Sunyshore, (after you beat Cyrus in Distortion world) there will be a scientist in one of the houses (must use rock climb) who will ask you for a Pokemon with a specific nature. He will not repeat the nature so read carefully and write it down. Then go to your box, put a Pokemon with that nature in the team and talk to him. He will give one app and ask for another nature of a Pokemon. Repeat. That is all I can say, don't know any more ways.
also in solaceon town go into the day care centre talk to the man sitting down he will give u one
