Go to Jubilife City and u will need to go to the Pokemon school. There u will talk to your rival and he say some stuff that he learned. Then, u will talk to the poke'tch president and he will say if u want a poke'tch, u will need to talk to 3 clowns around town and u will need to answer questions. One is in front of the Lottery, ones by the poke'tch building, and the other ones by the mart.
