Of course you cannot catch bunearys in the GBA games. You can however catch them in Diamond and Pearl versions in eterna forest. The location hasn't changed for Platinum either-you can still catch them in eterna forest.

Where to find loppuny in Pokemon diamond?
I have pearl but usually you find bunearys in eterna forest only at day (U HAVE TO DO THIS) and evolve them only way unless you have a cheat or something. Hope they helped
Can some one give you help with catching buneary on diamond?
To get a buneary, go to Eterna Forest. Sometimes the bunearys will be in a double battle, so kill the other Pokemon first, and then weaken the buneary. Then you just catch it with a pokeball.
What level buneary evolve?
In Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum you need to have Buneary's Friendship full. You can check to see how much Buneary likes you by using the app on the Poketch. It is the one where all of the Pokemon in your party are floating everywhere and you touch and hold your Buneary on the screen and when two hearts appear and grow bigger Buneary is at Friendship. This means the next time it levels up it will evolve.
Does Pikachu like buneary?
it depends ------- sleepingfox: pikachu has not really shown in the show that he loves buneary (or at least not as much as she likes him) but he has been shown to be getting closer to her. an example of this would be in the maze episode. when they get lost he gets buneary and happini to not split up by holding bunearys hand, though, like all the times he shows that he does not like it so much when she jumps on him and hugs him (sonic lol), after some time that they were walking, he was more okay with it. so when she really shows that she likes him (winking, leaning on him, hugs) he gives a ^^' look. but as the show has gotain ferther, he has shown to not mind it as much, or not at all though on another note pikachu sounds more worried when buneary is in a battle (when she is losing in a contest, or that time when dawn tryed a gym battle) but you can't really expect that pikachu will show he likes her much, cus pikachu is just like ash, meaning they both are clueless when it comes to girls. ________________________ Jd896: Although he hasn't shown it much, in the first episode he met her, he gave himself up to save Buneary, then helped her escape. In A Full Course Tag Battle, when Buneary comes to Pikachu and does her usually "flirting", he starts to blush a little, but this can be due to embarassment since he looked uneasy and sheepish afterwards. pikachu doesnt lika buneary. period.
