There are 2 O2 sensors. One is upstream, which is before the catalytic converter, and a downstream, which is after. It shouldn't that hard to locate as you can find the wire that hooks into the exhaust system. I'd help you with removal but I'm no mechanic. I just know where things are from watching my dad's mechanics.

They look like spark plugs with either 8", 12", or 14" wires attached to them. The upstream oxygen sensors is easily located underneath the vechicle to the front. The downstream oxygen sensor is not the one lcoated on or close to the cataylic converter.
