Golgi apparatus
Proteins are modified after they are made in the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus within the cell.
The endoplasmic reticulum (ER) is responsible for synthesizing and modifying proteins that are intended for secretion from the cell. These proteins undergo various post-translational modifications, such as glycosylation and disulfide bond formation, within the lumen of the ER before being transported to the Golgi apparatus for further processing and eventual secretion.
I believe it is the Golgi Apparatus.
Proteins made from free ribosomes are typically soluble proteins that function within the cytoplasm of the cell. Proteins made from rough endoplasmic reticulum have a signal sequence that targets them to the ER for translation, allowing them to be modified and transported to other organelles or outside the cell. Proteins from the ER often have specific functions related to membrane structure or secretion.
Newly-made proteins destined for secretion are first synthesized by ribosomes on the rough endoplasmic reticulum (ER). The proteins are then transported through the ER and Golgi apparatus, where they undergo post-translational modifications and are sorted into vesicles. These vesicles fuse with the cell membrane, releasing the proteins outside the cell.
Proteins are typically synthesized and modified in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER), a network of membrane-bound tubules and sacs. After synthesis, proteins may be further modified and packaged in the Golgi apparatus before being transported to their final destination within or outside the cell.
Transport vesicles play a key part in moving molecules to and from the membrane-confined chambers of the secretory pathway. Proteins are transported in vesicles; the proteins are made on the cytosolic side of membranes.
A stack of membrane bound, flattened sacs which recieves proteins from the ER (endoplasmic reticulum) amd modifies them. It may add sugar moleculems to them. It then packages the modified proteins into vesicles that can be transported. Some modified proteims may go to the surface of the cell so that they may be secreted.
A hormone destined for secretion from the cell would be manufactured by ribosomes that are attached to the endoplasmic reticulum. The endomembrane system includes Golgi apparatus, lysosomes, vacuoles, and the endoplasmic reticulum.
The Golgi is the cell's main "shipping and delivery system" for the cell. It distributes and ships products made by the cell. Fats and proteins are modified here. They are then either exported out of the cell or shipped to another part of the cell for use.

Mitochondrial proteins are made in the cytoplasm of the cell, not within the mitochondria themselves.
