Well, it depends. You have to obviously take it to the vet, so it can see what the matter is. And also it depends what kind of animal it is. Like if it's a fish that's acting differently or a turtle that's splashing wildly there's probably nothing you can do for it. But if it's a cat with a broken paw you can wrap it or put a cast of it's paw. Or maybe the animal needs a few shots or maybe is sick because of ticks, like if it's a dog or an outdoor cat. If it's a hamster or a rodent it's probably less of a chance that you can cure it, but you can try giving them to the vet I guess. Before you buy a pet or adopt a pet that was born a few weeks or days or maybe months ago then you need to give it vaccine shots and you should probably spay and neautur it so it wont have babies. But if this is a wild animal, you should report it to one of those animal rescues where they rescue and take care of wild animals and once there safe and cured they will let the animal go back into it's wild life. You should probably Google information about that, like an owl with an injured wing. Do not keep it because it won't know how to survive the wild once you finally call for help after a while and it will just not be good. I hope this helped and always remember this because times like these happen and sometimes people don't know what to do they make the dumbest decisions and it ends up being horrible. Thanks
