follow the plug wires unless you have a coil on plug engine. dont know what engine you have but most of the covers that do not have easily seen fasteners usually have the cover pushed into some rubber mounting grommets. just pull up on one end of it and see if it comes loose.
remove engine cover
The spark plugs in this car are on the side of the engine. They are seen after the engine cover is removed.
There's a plastic cover on the top of the engine, between the timing covers. You need to remove the screws securing this cover, to gain access to the spark plugs. A long 10 mm AF box wrench, will be needed to extract and refit the spark plugs.

You will need the correct replacement spark plugs, a spark plug socket, and a screw driver. The new cars have the spark plugs concealed and you might have to open the cover over the engine to access it, which may require addition tools
The left side spark plugs are under the pop-off engine cover. Remove the coils and the spark plugs are right there. The right side plugs are in the same location on the other side of the engine...unfortunately you must remove the intake manifold to access them.

Disconnect the battery, remove the engine cover, remove the spark plugs wires and boots, and remove the spark plugs. Put in the new spark plugs, replace the spark plug wires and boots, replace the engine cover, and connect the battery.
You may bolts on left side cover to access spark plug.The plugs are located on the bottom sides of the engine.
The spark plugs are beneath the cover marked Quad 4. This cover holds the ignition coils that spark the plugs. Remove the cover and you will be able to see the spark plug holes on the top.
