its located where the tranny bolts up to the motor. disconnect the three wires from the starter, then take the three bolts out of the starter and pull it out. just remember where the wires go!!

It's on the transmission, two 14mm bolts.
You will need to remove the alternator belt. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the alternator. Remove the alternator retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install your new alternator.
The starter is located on the driver side of the under the intake maniford it has two bolts 14mm to remove it.
