should be on drivers side just below rear door underneath car. use penetrating oil on line with nut on it or you will have a hard time and may bend line. you can wire brush it first and will work faster. the plastic side has connector that needs to be pressed together and then it will pull out.

Most fuel filters for injected GM vehicles are on the drivers side, under the vehicle.
on my 1996 tracker, the fuel filter is located back at the fuel tank, in the fuel line going from the tank to engine, very close to the tank.
just along the driver's side is where the fuel line runs and is bolted onto the car on the undercarriage
