The fuel pump is in the gas tank. The relay is on the passenger side fire wall under the hood. there is a black plastic cover on the fire wall up above the valve cover.
Remove the cover and you will see a relay all the way over to the right. it is the last relay on the right. That is the fuel pump relay. The black cover is about 12 inches long.
