It is located in the engine compartment fuse/relay box which is close to the battery.

See "Related Questions" below for moreIt is built into a module/relay assembly called an Integrated Relay Control Module(IRCM) and it is located directly under the plastic piece running across the radiator support that has all the emmissions stickers on it. Remove the four 8mm screws to remove it and you will see a black box about 4inches by 4 inches. That is the IRCM.

The relay is in the fuse/relay box under the hood it is relay number 29
Its in a relay box located under the plate over the radiator. There's more then one relay in the box. Its a unit that comes in one part.

Main fuses and relays are in PD box next to battery. Interior fuses are in a box under dash, left side of steering column.
