There are a few locations where one can find a fuse box diagram for a 1997 Mazda. These diagrams can be obtained through Mazda and locations such as Auto Fuse Box Diagram.
You can find a fuse diagram for your 1997 Mazda in the back of the owners manual. There will also be a fuse diagram on the inside cover of the fuse box.
Some are in the fuse block and some have a fuse on the back of the lighter/.
Fuse block locations vary from model to model. Ask again specifying the model of your Chevy.

Under the hood in the fuse block you will see a large black block. This is the heater blower fuse.
its a 30A pink fuse in the engine compartment fuse box. The lid will guide you which one it is.

The fuse block under the hood needs to be raised. There are four tabs around the perimeter of the block. There are 2 small bolts that hold the fuse in place. Remove the 10mm bolts then simply pull out the fuse and replace it, reinstall the bolts and place the fuse block back in place. There are sliding guides that will align the block.
It should be Fuse # 15 in your fuse block in the dash. it is a 10 amp fuse.

You can find a 1997 Mazda air conditioning relay switch in the fuse box. The air conditioning relay switch will be at the top of the third column.
The relay is H270 above the fuse block next to the clutch pedal.
there should be a diagram on the lid of the fuse box in the drivers footwell. if not, look in the owners manual.

There are usually a couple unused "accessory" fuse locations in the fuse block. = will wiring using the "accessory" fuse locations make the power to the device be off when the ignition is off

I think its on the driver side there should be a panel on the right hand side near the excellerator

On the passenger side of the dashboard is your Cabin Fuse block , Remove the cover and on the inside , should be a Numeric label of the fuses and there locations
The fuse block is located on the right side of the dash. You have to open the passenger side door to see it. Remove the cover, on the back of the cove is a list of the locations of all fuses in the block.
