According to the OWNERS MANUALS,
1995-1998:
- LH headlight - low beam - #4
- RH headlight - low beam - #10
- Both headlights - high beam - #38
- Engine compartment fuse panel - "K"
- Note: these fuses are in the fusebox in the ENGINE COMPARTMENT.
- RH headlight - high & low - #9
- LH headlight - high & low - #12
