According to the OWNERS MANUALS,
1995-1998:
An electrical short when you turn your headlights on. Check the fuses and make sure you have the correct fuse for the headlamps. Check all wiring to the headlamps, check for corrosion of the cabling or melting of the insulation.
I think you mean, "Why do my headlights turn of while I'm driving" There might be an issue with your fuses or eletrical system.
The fuses are only one link in making headlights work. Other things to check are: * headlight switch * all electrical wiring associated with headlamps * the headlamp bulb socket may have dirty contacts * the headlamp bulb may be burned out
You didn't mention if you checked/tested the low beam headlamps or not.
The 1993 Chevrolet Blazer headlight fuses can be found in the fuse box. The exact location of the fuses will be listed on the inside cover of the fuse box.
There is no fuse for the headlights in that truck. The circuit is protected by a circuit breaker located inside the headlight switch.

When headlamps on the Yamaha Mio are out, they may have burned out and need to be replaced. The Mio may also have bad wiring or bad fuses.
The 1996 Mitsubishi headlight fuses are in the fuse box. The fuse box is in the engine compartment. There are two separate fuses for the headlights. The location of the fuses can be found on the inside cover of the fuse box.
Check fuses and bulps.
Try looking under the steering wheel under a panel there should be a bunch of fuses it should be there.
