The fuse block is located under the left side of the wind shield: raise your hood , now just in front of the left side (drivers) USA version take the rain shroud loose under there is the fuse block you seek there are two tabs you pull toward you, then lift the lid (lt slides to the right and is removed) upon the lid is fuse definitions (also in your Audi owners manual).
If your problem is deeper I would recommend search audiforums on the web to see where the relay locations are, beyond what I've told you, under the dash of your beautiful car!
