You will need to consult with a manual (or ask a Honda-certified mechanic) on the sequencing of tightening the bolts on a cylinder head, but start with about 22 lb-ft/3.0 kg-m when you tighten all the bolts initially, then fully tighten them to 49 lb-ft/6.8 kg-m.
