Check page 331 of your owners manual. If, for some reason you don't have a manual, get one. There's a lot of very useful information inside. Did you know you can set the doors to automatically lock/unlock when you move the shift lever in or out of park (assuming an automatic transmission)? It's in there. Did you know you can change the alarm system between active and passive? It's in there and a whole lot more.
To your question. The headlight fuses for your Solara are in the under dash fuse box (left side next to the kick panel). There are two fuses for the left and right low beam and two fuses for the left and right high beams. The key is in the fuse box lid.
A caution. Many late model cars, including the Solara, use a mini blade fuse. They can be difficult to find. You might have to visit more than one auto supply store to find what you need so plan ahead and take a fuse into the store with you. The good news is, there are three spares plugged into the box, one for each of the three (5, 10, 15) amperages you're likely to need.
