there were hoses coming to the wiper motor from the washer fluid tank and the other hoses go to the cowl panel or on the wiper blade arms themselves to spray the glass.
Check either at the bottom of the windshield washer fluid reservoir or check to see if the wiper motor has washer hoses connected to it
autozone.com has the camaro manual online, try there.
chances its not the motor but the wiper module board located on the wiper motor. just remove the wiper motor and the module board is connected to it.
If the windshield wipers are not working in a 1998 Ford F150, the cause could be a blown fuse. There could also be a problem with the vacuum hoses connected to the wiper motor or the wiper motor itself.

It sounds like the wiper motor is malfunctioning. If your camaro has intermitten wipers there is a control module built in the motor that controls the off position.
if you look under the hood the wiper motor is fastened to the fire wall you will know it is the motor when you follow the wiper pivoting arm which is attached to the wiper motor after installing new motor wiper arms will need to be adjusted they will have to come off anyway prior to removing motor they are connected with one nut on a spline shaft . might sound difficult but really isn't .
Check the linkage connected to the wiper motor and make sure that it is still connected. Look at the unit with the wiper motor running. if the motor shaft is turning and the wipers aren't then your linkage has a broken or missing pin somewhere.
