The O2 sensors are located on either side of the catalytic converters, they stick up out of the exhaust tubing-very easy to located. Replacing them can be a bit more difficult. Some installers actually weld them into place, which making replacing them a difficult proposition. If they are not welded into place; disconnect the wire harness at the top and unscrew the faulty sensor and replace it, making sure to meet the manufaturers torque specifications. Reconnect the wireharness, and you'll also likely need to have codes checked and possible reprogramming of the system to not throw codes.
