ok, ash started with pikachu. On the charmander. Charmander decided to join ash cause it's trainer abdoned it cause he though his charmander was weak. charmander gets sick cause it's flame was dying out. in the end charmander joined him. Bulbasaur.- was all selfish to nurse joy or something and ash taught it not to be as stubborn. in the end when there leaving chikorita didn't want ash and his friends to leave squirtle- there was a squirtle thing about there was a group of squirtles were being jokers. Ash battled the leader of the squirtle and in the end squirtle got a bond between them and ya ash got to keep squirtle

The shiny charmander code has closed sadly, but you can get one by trading in the trading center. Say you want charmander and put shiny on YES. Find the one you want and put a trade request. If they say yes, its yours.

Definitely NOT bulbasaur. I would recommend Charmander- but Squirtle has beautiful defense stats if you want a defensive pokemon.

You can't find Squirtle. You can choose it at the beginning of the game where Professer Oak allows you to choose a Pokemon. Although, be careful when choosing Squirtle. Your rival will get Bulbasaur and it can be a pain to beat. I suggest starting with Charmander, then catching a Pikachu. It is an excellent team. ALTHOUGH if you want all three starters...do this: Start with a Pokemon of your choice. Catch any 2 Pokemon you can ASAP. Then with a good friend, trade over one of their starters with something that you caught. Make your friend do that again, then repeat. You will then have yourself a Charmander, Squirtle, and Bulbasaur! Good luck and have fun! Actually you can find squirtel around route 1 in the begining is where i first seen him. I also captured a bulbasaur after i chose charmander for my starter.
