BE CLear when you ask question. Your question is the same as asking: "where are the fish in Lake Erie?"
UPDATE FROM SOMEONE ELSE:
Fish move from place to place. Relays don't. Either you know the answer or you don't. Usually, on 1990 model Chryslers, the relays are located either in a relay box located under the hood on the drivers side, close to the strut tower. Or they are mounted on the inner fender in the same area. They are easy to spot since they are basically little square boxes, each with a plug. They look identical.
Dodge does not use a fuel pump reset switch. The fuel system is computer controlled with relays.
