Page 33 and 34. There are three hearts on the dice in block #3. Two hearts on the sunglasses in block #2. One heart bead(O in YOU) on the bracelet in block #12. The seventh heart we still cannot find. Hope this helps.
Update: The final heart is on the race car on block #7. Look on the front part of the car between the two front wheels.
