SPARK PLUG (IZFR6K11) (NGK) Iiridium
should come pre-gapped
1.0-1.1 mm (0.039 - 0.043)

You need a long thin walled socket to get in there...it's really not a special tool, but it is a little different than the average socket.
On top of the engine, there is a black rectangular plastic cover. Remove the two nuts, one on either side. With the two nuts removed, remove the black cover and it will reveal the four individual coils, which lead to each plug. The coils are removed by another fastener. Then you can pull the plug insulator up and out.
Four!
Six. But don't worry, they're outrageous in price - Honda uses iridium plugs in their newer engines, and they're at least $10 apiece.
2 spark plugs per cylinder.

Simple, get a spark plug wrench an have a go at it. This can be done an about five minutes.
They should be replaced at around 100,000 miles. The cam belt on your 2003 Honda must be replaced at 110,000 miles. As long as the engine is running fine I would replace the spark plugs at the same time. Also replace the water pump at this time. This is an interference engine, and as such if the belt breaks you will have serious engine damage.
