It isn't London is. The Prime Minister lives in London and all the meetings are held there making it the capital city.
Alateen's target audience is teenagers aged 12 to 19 who are affected by someone else's drinking, typically a family member or close friend. The program provides a supportive environment where young people can share their experiences, feelings, and challenges related to living with alcoholism in their lives. Alateen aims to help them develop coping strategies, foster resilience, and connect with peers who understand their situation.
You can't. We understand that it's hard, but changing yourself and your life to effect the removal of someone from your father's life will simply destroy your relationship with him as well. We suggest some Alateen meetings to learn to cope with the issues of living with an alcoholic. See the link below.
Children are welcome at any open AA meeting. Call your intergroup office for a list of open meetings near you. http://www.theagapecenter.com/AA/AAinUK.htm
