Currently (2011) in Australia, floods are occurring throughout Queensland, from Rockhampton on the central coast, inland to Emerald, south west to St George and numerous centres around the southeast, including:

  • Lockyer Valley - Helidon to Gatton
  • Brisbane Valley - Esk, Lowood and Toogoolawah
  • Fassifern Valley - Caboolture to Aratula
  • Bundaberg to Gympie and Maryborough
  • Sunshine Coast
  • Brisbane
  • Gold Coast

The floods are heading south into New South Wales. Bourke, in far west NSW, is affected, while the northeast coast of NSW is also affected.
