An Open Bible church is usually in a Lutheran Church. A Open Bile Church in Arizona that I would recommend is Whiteriver Lutheran Church in Whiteriver, AZ.
Bookstores or onlne. Some hotel rooms have them. They are also available in churches and from Bible Societies.
Different branches of Christianity - "Churches", as against 'churches' - recognise different books as being valid parts of the Bible.

Most churches are open during the day for people to come in and pray, though some may close during the day and just open for masses.
You don't have to study it. Some churches have bible study classes because they feel people need to know the Bible and there are lessons to be learned.
Some of the Dunkin' Doughnuts shops are open 24 hours.
The presumption is that they will remain chaste.
None. Parents are required by the Bible to teach their own children. It's not someone else's responsibility. On the other hand, it depends on what "Sunday School" means. In many churches it's the place where children can be taught the Bible at their own level; in some churches, it's the only place where Bible study occurs.
There may be some churches in Fredericksburg, Maryland that offer late evening services or events on special occasions, but it is less common for churches to remain open until midnight regularly. It is recommended to check with specific churches in the area for their hours of operation.
There are many choices in what was once called Vacation Bible School. Most protestant churches offer some type of program. All you have to do is call around to ones in your area.
Permanently or daily? There are many churches that shut permanently, through a lack of congregation in a particular area where population has changed, just as there are many new churches that open daily to meet the spiritual needs of new population centres. Generally, as Christianity continues to grow in the world the number of new churches that are opening outnumbers those that are closing permanently. On a daily basis, churches open and close depending upon the situation. My own church, on the outskirts of a small town, is kept open all day for people to visit either for prayer or to look at its ancient and historic architecture. It is closed then at night. Some inner city churches are sadly closed during the daytime for security reasons only to open for services. This is a sad situation, but some churches, after having been vandalised several times, have reluctantly accepted that this is the only possible prevention. However, there are also many churches, especially in the countryside, that are open all the time for people to come in for shelter or prayer. When churches are left open any valuables likely to be stolen are removed to a secure place (eg the safe or a locked room) so that temptation is not put in the way of the would-be thief. However, for those visiting churches for the right reasons, to meet with God, this is unimportant; what IS important is that churches are left open whenever possible for all to enter and be welcome - no matter what time of day.
