I have found that if your lower trans axle mount has separated from the trans axle the trans axle itself drops down about three to four inches thus taking the trans axle out of alignment making it impossible to shift into reverse.

Trans fat levels should not go over 2g per person per day therefore having some trans fats is not too bad however you should limit the amount of trans fat you from.
