Nabisco no longer produces Rye Triscuits. The original Rye flavor has been discontinued, but Triscuits are still available in a variety of other flavors. You may find the Rye flavor in some specialty or vintage food stores.

The Cracked Pepper and Olive Oil Triscuits are good with provolone cheese or Italian dry salami. Plain Triscuits are also very good with hummus.

Mott's Garden Cocktail is marketed by Mott's only in Canada. It is a product acquired from E. D. Smith, another Canadian company. It is sold in US half gallons (1.89L) and the label states it is manufactured in the U.S.A. This is not a rare phenomenum as Nabisco's Deli Style triscuits are manufactured in Canada but only sold in the U.S.A. It is disappointing that Mott's chooses not to market their product in the U.S. as it has a much more desirable taste than its competitor V8.

That flavor was the one that was always either scarce or just always out of stock. I think it was a bad business decision that came to bite them back.
