Your local lumber-yard probably only sell plywood in 8 ft by 4 ft sheets, this is the size most frequently required by the average Do It Yourselfer, or carpenter.
To get custom sized sheets, you will probably need to contact a manufacturer directly. You could ask the manager/owner of you local lumber-yard, who manufactures their plywood, or if they can get you what you need on special order.
No 8 foot by 4 foot sheets is the standard size.
