Treasure Island Food Stores in Chicago usually carry it. It is a white salty greek cheese that is made in Baseball size cheese balls. Treasure island cuts these into several pieces then shrink wraps them. Make sure that you do not store it in the shrink wrap, or it will get moldy fast. I used to buy it at their 3460 N. I found Mizithra cheese at Winco. There is one in Fontana, and I think in Moreno Valley. Not sure about Riverside. It was cheap and good. Otherwise you can buy a pricey bag from the old spaghetti factory.
