I doubt you will ever be able to find a gin press for sale in a store or online.
Your best chance is to do like I did: Make your own!
I made my own two-part plaster press mold, and custom-made gin press.
The gin press is almost exclusively made from 2 x 4s. These are simple to make, mine took about half a day from start to finish. While the exact plans are too long to post here, I will give a summary.
Make an 'L' from 2 x 4. The long part of the L will sit on the table or floor, and should be around 3 feet long. Use reinforcing plates and wood screws at the joint. Make two of these, then cut spacer blocks that will make the press as wide as your mold. You should now have an L laying on it's back, this is the main body of your mold.
Make a triangular support from 3 pieces of 2 x 4 and attach to the back side of press. This will keep the press from rocking side to side.
Reinforce the vertical post by running a piece of 2 x 4 from top of vertical post, down to horizontal post of press at a 45 degree angle. Put one of these on each side. This will keep the press from breaking during use. Make sure you can still fit your mold between these supports.
Designate a spot to drill through and place your fulcrum point. This should go through the meat of both vertical boards, as well as the 45 degree supports. Use a cylindrical piece of solid metal; approximately 1/2 inch thick as the pivot pin.
Cut your press arm from a single piece of 2 x 4. This should be approximately 3.5 feet long. Drill a hole to allow the pivot pin to fit snugly.
Assemble your press, shimming the press arm as needed. I bent over an aluminum plate and screwed on to the press arm. I then liquid nailed a piece of lumber to cover the top of my mold, then a triangle cut block of wood was centered on top of mold. Another aluminum plate was bent to match triangle block, then screwed on to top of mold assembly. This triangle meets the metal plate on the press arm. The plates help to prevent wear on the parts. I can now press my pipes in one squeeze, instead of repeated presses using only body mass.
