Removing the front tire from the John Deere GT-235 involves lifting the vehicle with a jacking device, and removing the upper mounts holding the tire assembly. Now the tire can be removed.
Above the front left tire on the frame is where it is supposed to be.

You must break the bead loose and allow it to travel into the groove at the center of the wheel to be able to get it over the edge of the rim. Most easily done with a tire changer in the hands of a skilled operator
John Deere's website offers tractor parts. You can find them at their website: http://www.deere.com/en_US/homeowners/parts/index.html
If you're talking about the plastic cap of lawn mowers' front tires, then all you need is a screwdriver to pry under the edge on the inside to pop the cap off the axle housing.
It really depends. If you tractor is 2wd then Front is (5-12, 4 ply, F2 tire) and the Rear (9.5-16, 4 ply, R1 tire). If your 650 is a 4wd then the rear is the same but the front is (6-12, 4 ply, R1 tire) Hope this helps you out.
The official John Deere website offers plenty of farming and tractor equipment. Heres a link to the website: http://www.deere.com/en_US/homeowners/parts/index.html
Just like any other tubeless tire. You will remove the air from the tire and then get a pry bar and pull the bead over the outside part of the rim. Then you will get the other bead off the edge of the rim. My suggestions is to go to a local tire shop. Pay the fee, it is not worth thehassleand it will only take a few minutes.
Mine is on the right side rear frame, near the rear tire.
