Yes you can but not best to as it will require more money. It requires at least 6 grands to install and it wastes petrol quickly. Adding a Turbocharger is a bad idea as it will cause noise complaints.

The Altima 2.5 shares transmissions and engines with the Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec-V which has the QR25DE.If you meant the Altima 3.5 with the VQ35DE, then I do believe there are turbocharger kits available.
