∙ 6y agoThe cheapest books would be used books. Garage sales are great places to look for Children's Books. Thrift stores are another good source. Many libraries will collect donated books and sell those along with their overstock for fundraisers - and they often include children's books.
Also, there are many book stores which are available online which can get you books for children at very low price, one of them is bx-zone.com

Knowing the publisher of the specific book can help you track down a deal if you don't mind waiting to find it on sale. Publishers often release their own stocks of slightly imperfect copies and older, new books on a regular basis. Remember; publishers and book retailers would rather have you buy books at a discount then not buy books at all.
