Usually you can find them at your local grocery store, pharmacy, or drug store.
Many dietitians prescribe detox diets and foods although there is no scientific proof that a human body requires detoxification from time to time. If you notice dietitians are trying to enforce the fact that it really helps but science doesn't buy this.
I think they work pretty well, but it does depend on which ones you buy. I use these: http://www.crystalspring.co.uk/detoxology-footpads-p-34.html because they're the best I've tried and the delivery is free. (yay).
You can buy them at CVS. They are a different brand....but same concept. They are called Body Pure detox foot pads. As of now buying them in the store is more expensive than buying them online. You can buy them on the Kinki website and I found them on Ebay. They are cheaper on eBay if you are buying BULK, like for you and your spouse and a friend. If you just want them for yourself I suggest buying them on the kinoki website.
Don't buy them. They have been proven not to work by several studies.
While it may be possible to purchase used brake pads, you should not buy used but usuable brake pads. You should only buy new brake pads in excellent condition.
