If your Suzuki Samurai's transfer case is popping out of 4WD Hi to 2WD, it may indicate an issue with the shifter linkage, worn components, or improper engagement of the transfer case. Check for any loose or damaged linkage that may prevent secure engagement. Additionally, inspect the transfer case for internal wear or damage and ensure that the fluid levels are adequate. Adjustments or repairs may be necessary to ensure proper operation.
