You could try searching from <www.Google.com> and if you have already done that and it doesn't work don't get mad at me cause I'm just trying to help.
Pretty expensive (from a garage). Most people scrap their cars after a head gasket has blown, or get a new engine.
where can i find head gasket 2.0 diesel
I am losing antifreeze in my 1996 Geo Metro 1L. Compression is 120/120/150. Would it be the head gasket or a cracked head to the exhaust? Thanks Al
I would say the head gasket because it is extremely sensitive to overheating, which will happen if the rad. and hoses are never looked at.
A thermostat gasket is a gasket for a thermostat, a head gasket is a head gasket. The top part of the engine needs to be disassembled to repair the head gasket. You can find information on your specific car in your local library. You may even be able to access this online if the library has the databases available.
Have a compression test run on the engine.
The Intake gasket is leaking, NOT THE HEAD GASKET. Replace the intake gasket
If white smoke smells like anti-freeze, it is more than likely a head gasket.
click on the autozone link then scroll to your size engine
You do not repair a head gasket you replace it with a new gasket which requires removing the head.
The head gasket seals between the head and block. The head gasket is inside the engine, up high.
You can change the head gasket by removing the valve cover. Remove the gasket and clean the gasket surface. Put the new head gasket on the cleaned surface.
