Class Code for welding
Some high schools will offer welding as a class to take. Some community colleges will also offer welding as a class for the community, not necessarily a semester class on its own. Otherwise one must wait until enrolled in a college. Check first with your community college as they very often have contact with companies that are looking for graduates of a welding class. Check local phones books of companies that do welding and stop in and ask if they are hiring
Yes they can, even a class D, at the states discretion. My Husband is a transport officer for the State of Indiana
