Pirate Treasure
You can find pirate treasure on any beach. You will see a faint "X" marked in the sand, just like in the movies! Stand on it, and dig. You will have a message pop up in the lower left chat box (where PMs, "Chat here" and buddy chat show up) saying how much you found.
NPC Treasure
By "NCP Treasure" I mean treasure on islands, other than pirate treasure. You can normally get hints to their locations by talking to NPCs (Non-Playing Characters; such as shop owners, residents etc). There are numerous buried treasures around the world.

∙ 13y agoHere are a few of the treasures that can be found on horseisle. There is one in the Earton Crossroad sign, and there is also another one step south from the fountain. If you go to Tropicton, there is one in the enterance to that place where in the stone it says something like this: u....l......u....d...l...d.l..r. This one is exactly at the enterance somewhere, before you go in. These are a few of them. There is another page on Answers.com similair with all of them. I only remember these, and one more: Left of the sandcastle moat north of SNow Isle, or Ice isle. Hope I helped

∙ 13y agoOn the welcome Isle you can find it under the rock to the north. In Earton you can fin it below the water fountain to the east by the beach, and on Jungle isle you can find many treasures.... some are located around the ancient statues all over the jungle. These are the ones I know off the top of my head.

I believe there is only 1 Horse Whisperer on all of Horse Isle. And it is located in Mane Forest by the Pawneer and 1 of the Foal Adoption Centers. You may be looking for the Foal Adoption Center on Desert Isle, and that is located in the little forest area just east of Hotton.
