I finally tracked down where to get Baccarat spares. It must be a secret so be careful who you tell but apparently there's a gnome called Erol who lives in a dark warehouse full of Baccarat spares. Call him on (03) 9317 1115 - he can identify your particular product if you send him a photo of the makers mark on the bottom of the saucepan. Their prices are incredibly reasonable ($5 per steam vent assembly and $10 for handles).
