You must be first signed into your WikiAnswers account. Go to your profile page and on the right you will see a bunch of numbers next to different things you could do for the site. Click the option "View All" to see all your contributions. You can also hit "My Contributions" from the left sidebar.
On your profile page - it shows you your most recent contributions. Click on the 'see all' link - and you'll get a list of everything !
In the blue sidebar on the left, click "My contributions."
No, there is no special award or badge for 1,000 contributions.(See the Related question for more information.)
